Is the price for 1 or 2 frames?
Prices are for a single frame. Half of the states in the US require 2 plates (both front and back) on a vehicle.

Most Sassy Frames are shipped out within 1-5 business days after receiving your payment. Most Sassy Auto Frames are handmade. They take time and care and also need time to dry before mailing out.

What is your return/exchange policy?
It is very important to us that all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their new Sassy Frames. We want you to spread the word! Therefore, we take returns/exchanges within the first 30 days of receiving your order, no questions asked*! However, shipping charges are non-refundable. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Exchanged items MUST be received BEFORE we ship out the new product. If we made a mistake with your order, we will refund the shipping charges to return your items once they have been received.

Installation Guide:
Remove the license plate and the license frame from the vehicle
by unscrewing the screws or bolts from the vehicle's fasteners.
Place the license frame on top of the license plate.
Screw in screws or bolts through the license frame and plate into the
vehicle's fasteners.

Product Care Instruction:
To care for your new license plate frame use a non-abrasive clean
cloth with soap.
What are the frames made of?
Most of our frames are made of high quality metal (unless stated otherwise). We have tested many brands and use only the best in the industry (Cruiser Frames). All frames are rust and corrosion proof.
Will my crystals/rhinestones come off?
We have tested all our frames and products thoroughly and are confident your auto plate frame will sparkle for a very long time. We use the strongest industrial strength adhesive out there! And we have a unique process that ensures your frame's rhinestones will stay put through car washes and weather.
Are these frames legal?
Yes! All Sassy Frames do not obstruct the state name or registration stickers/tags. So you can rest assure, you will not be in trouble for showing your class! They are so SASSY they SHOULD be illegal in all 50 states though ;)
