What about shipping?
- Most Sassy Frames are shipped out within 2-5 business days after receiving your payment. The only exception is the Swarovski frames. They can take between 3-6 business days to mail out due to the extra time it takes to make them. Each Sassy frame is handmade. They take time and care and also need time to dry before mailing out.
- FREE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING is included on all orders and are sent via USPS (3-5 business days).
- We also Offer Priority mail (2-3 business days) for only an additional $4.00!
- We ship to our Canadian friends for $5.99 First Class International.

What is your return policy?
It is very important to us that all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their new Sassy Frames. We want you to spread the word! Therefore, we take returns/exchanges within the first 14 days of shipping your order, no questions asked*! Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Just contact us via email at customerservice@sassyautoframes.com and let us know what we can do for you. We will make it right.

What are the frames made of?
All of our frames are made of quality metal (unless stated otherwise). We have tested many brands and use only the best in the industry. Our Motorcycle Frames are stainless steel. All frames are rust and corrosion proof.
Will my crystals/rhinestones come off?
We have tested all our frames and products thoroughly and are confident your auto plate frame will sparkle for a very long time. We use the strongest industrial strength adhesive out there! And we have a unique process that ensures your frame's rhinestones will stay put through car washes and weather.
Are these frames legal?
Yes! We are based out of Arizona where the "Arizona" needs to be displayed on all license plates (frames can not cover the state's name on top). None of our frames cover the important areas of your state's plates (tags etc.). So you can rest assure, you will not be in trouble for showing your class! They are so SASSY they SHOULD be illegal in all 50 states though ;)
